Team building training for young professionals

The representatives of the Council of Young Specialists of KMGE Head Office, as well as invited colleagues from the Atyrau branch and KazNIPImunaigas took part in the training.

The event was initiated by the Civil Defense Young Professionals Council and the Training Service.

Galina Sarinova, a certified business trainer, business consultant, and evaluation expert, led the training. Galina has nearly 20 years of experience as a trainer and 12 years of consulting experience. She is an expert in management, personnel management, assessment, and recruiting, among other fields.

“The proposed training format is one of the most effective and recommended methods for developing the necessary competencies for future professional growth and the development of young professionals’ personal motivation. The participants were able to improve their existing communication skills and gain more advanced teamwork knowledge”, Aksonar Nurgaliyeva, an engineer in KMGE Educational Organization Service, informed.

Daniyar Kusmanov, one of the direct participants of the event and chairman of the Head Office Young Professionals Council, remarked on the young professionals’ high involvement and interest throughout the training process. He believes that this was not only a result of the special emotional atmosphere of the training, which took place in an informal setting, but also a deep dive into the topic of team communication.

– We were able to develop a plan for further team development and team communication rules thanks to our collaborative efforts and the work of the coach, which will make the Young Professionals Council even stronger and more effective in the long run.  I would like to thank the participants and organizers for the special attention given to honing team-building and communication skills in difficult situations,” shared the head of the Young Professionals Council.
