A significant place in the security problem is occupied by the reliability of the system during normal operation. When the occurrence of a danger to the life and health of people and to the environment is caused by violations of the operability of the object, i.e. its failure, special attention should be paid to the effective provision of reliability. Such failures should be eliminated through technical and organizational measures, or the probability of their occurrence during the standard service life should be reduced to a minimum.

KMG provides full support for optimizing technological processes, improving reliability and efficiency at the existing oil and gas facilities of the group of companies of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”. For each specific production facility, recommendations are developed for the most rational option for the operation of systems for collecting, preparing and transporting borehole fluid.

This direction makes it possible to increase the reliability of the operation of ground equipment and the integrity of production, introduce and improve the automation of control systems, minimize maintenance costs and ensure short – and medium-term benefits.
