Education

Abenov Kairat Zhanshaevich graduated from the Aktobe branch of the Almaty University “Kainar” in 2005 with a degree in “World Economy”, an international economist, in 2020 – Atyrau Institute of Engineering and Humanities, direction: “Oil and Gas Business”, Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, in 2021 – Lomonosov Moscow State University – Human Resource Management in a Modern Organization, (Department of Economics).

Over the past 5 years, K. Abenov has taken an active part in competitions dedicated to the topics of industrial safety, labor protection at enterprises, the development of human resources, was trained as part of the module program “Training the personnel reserve of oil and gas companies.” Oil and gas business management, was repeatedly a member of the competition commission “Uzdik Maman”, organized by KMG among working specialties.

Kairat Zhanshaevich began his career in 2003, safety observer at JSC Intergazstroy, deputy general director at Gaukhar Tas LLP, also worked at the Engineering Center Branch of KazNIPImunaigas JSC, KazMunayGas EP JSC and a number of other organizations.
