The representatives of the company, represented by the Council of Young Specialists, conducted a regular lecture dedicated to the relevant topic of “Oil & Gas Geology” for the students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
The speaker was Daniyar Kusmanov, an expert of KMG Engineering Supplementary Exploration Service. He told about the history of Kazakhstan’s Oil Industry, basics of Oil & Gas Geology, formation of hydrocarbons, formation of fields, and others.
Following the lecture, students were particularly interested in selecting a specialty in the Oil Industry and assessing the future prospects of a career in this field, as well as analyzing the alternatives of hydrocarbon exploration and production and the development of new fields in Kazakhstan.
