Changes in the Supervisory Board of KMG Engineering LLP

On April 5 this year, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of KazMunayGas NC JSC, resolutions were adopted on the election of:

• Dauletzhan Kenessovich Khassanov as a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KMG Engineering LLP,
• Kuanysh Merekeyevich Kudaibergenov as a member of the Supervisory Board of KMG Engineering LLP.

Also during the meeting, the following resolutions were adopted:

• On early termination of powers of K.O. Iskaziyev, the member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KMG Engineering LLP from April 5, 2023;
• On early termination of powers of D.E. Abdulgafarov, the member of the Supervisory Board of KMG Engineering LLP from March 9, 2023.

So currently the Supervisory Board of KMG Engineering is composed of the following members:

• Dauletzhan Kenessovich Khassanov – Chairman of the NC;
• Kuanysh Merekeyevich Kudaibergenov;
• Murat Kenesbayevich Mustafayev;
• Aigul Sagnayevna Yesbergenova;
• Kairat Zhanshayevich Abenov.

Dauletzhan Kenessovich Khassanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas NC JSC, responsible for the direction of Oil and Gas Exploration and Production:

Mr. Khassanov is a graduate of the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in economics and of the Atyrau Oil & Gas Institute with a degree in mining engineering.

Mr. Khassanov has held the positions of President of Karazhanbasmunai JSC, General Director of Ozenmunaigas JSC, Managing Director for Human Resources Management of KazMunayGas NC JSC, and General Director of Mangistaumunaigas JSC.

Kuanysh Merekeyevich Kudaibergenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas NC JSC, responsible for major Oil and Gas projects:

In different years, he worked as a drilling engineer at Integra CJSC, a technical specialist at KazMunayTeniz JSC, a manager of the Large Oil and Gas Projects Development Department at KazMunayGas NC JSC, and held senior positions at KMG-Kansu Operating LLP and Rompetrol S.A.

From 2017 to 2021 – Director of the Department of Oil Industry Development of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 2021 to January 2023 – Deputy General Director of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.
