A Strategic Brainstorming Session was held at KMGE

The Company Talent Pool Employees participated in the event.

Participants in the talent pool are KMGE Strategic Reserve, high-potential specialists who strive for effective work management and apply their existing potential to achieve the set goal.

Mr. B. Khassanov, Director General of KMGE, attended the opening ceremony of the training event. He greeted the reservists and encouraged them to continue their development. Furthermore, he expressed his support for his colleagues and wished them success productive work. Representatives from five teams, charged with high motivation, presented their own projects to members of the KMGE management team commission for two days.
