INTELLECTUAL WORK AWARD

KMG Engineering awarded diplomas to the winners of “Best Research Paper Among Young Professionals” contest.

The company’s General Director B.Khasanov and the competition committee chairman E.Ogai took part in the award ceremony.

Traditionally, B.Khasanov, congratulated the winners and emphasized the significance of the project, which has been implemented over the past two years through the efforts of the Educational Organization Service.

– One of the competition’s primary goals is to assist KMGE young employees and mentors.  We strive to reduce turnover among professionals by providing them career boost and wage increase.

In turn, Commission Chairman Yevgeny Kiponievich, honoring the winners, gave high marks to the works submitted this year, whose authors have deservedly made it to the finals.

In addition, he noted separately the involvement of guys in the study of a relatively new direction – green chemistry.

The competition organizers will continue to expand the feedback channel with young professionals in order to attract even more applicants, but for the competition in 2023, taking their opinions and existing project experience into consideration.

Furthermore, regional winners – Atyrau branch and KazNIPImunaigas branch, who participated in the event via an online platform – received warm congratulations from the company’s management.  We would like to remind you that the company’s specialists currently have the opportunity to apply to the Human Resources Management Service at their workplace every six months, bypassing the line manager, to have their knowledge and skills evaluated and, if confirmed, to apply for a higher position or level of remuneration. In this case, there are no restrictions related to the absence of the requested vacancy in the staff schedule, the necessary position will be created.
