Metal Research Laboratory
In the oil and gas industry, services in the field of metalworking are quite wide, it is the control of metal before its introduction into operation and the study of high-speed output from the construction.
In 2019, the branch of KMG Engineering LLP “Kaznipimunaygas” operates a metal Research Laboratory, which offers a wide range of services to determine the state and quality of metals.
In the laboratory, a section of proboscis is equipped, where the production of images for spectral analysis, chemical analysis, Images for mechanical experiments on bending and splashing is carried out, fine polishing of microstrips for high-quality metallographic analysis. (Fig. 1)

Лаборатория выполняет следующий спектр услуг:
1. Внешний осмотр и определение геометрических параметров, поступивших образцов металлической продукции.
2. Макро-структурный анализ.
3. Микроскопический анализ.
4. Механические испытания основного металла и сварных соединений:
– статическое растяжение;
– статический изгиб, сплющивание (сжатие);
– ударный изгиб при пониженной, комнатной и повышенной температурах.
5. Химический (спектральный) количественный анализ.
6. Анализ полученных данных, по результатам испытаний, с выдачей отчетов и рекомендаций о качестве металлического изделия.
